Rogów, Arboretum SGGW
Native to northeast China, Korea, Japan, and Russian Far East (Kuril Islands, Sakhalin, Kamchatka), but widely spread in Poland.
Ornamental plant.
Herbal plant - the bark is vulnerary, is used to bandage wounds.
Usable plant - the wood is hard and dense, and is used for construction and making furniture.
